which courses are available for BE mechanical engineer to do M.Tech ?

In BTech you will most needed basics related to your stream. For 8 semester, you will study stream related for 6 semesters. 1st year is common to the students irrespective of branch.
You can take specialization in any domain you want from the subjects from your 3rd semester to 8 semester.
You can do Mtech at top iits and nits such that it will be more helpful for you to learn real time problems and how to improvise it.
After BTech graduation you will know what will be good for you.
