These are the various options that's available to you,based on the subject combinations you have at 10+2 level, you should choose a career according to your areas of interest, skills, aptitude and in which industry you want to work as you will be spending good three-four years of your life, so think through this all, and choose accordingly.

With PCM Stream, you can do Engineering/ Architecture course/Merchant Navy/NDA/Railway Apprentice Exam/AME Training, CPL Training, BCA.

With PCB Stream, you can MBBS/BDS/BDes/BPharm/Bachelor of Homeopathy Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery/Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery/Nursing.

If you're inclined towards research or teaching, you can BSc (Hons) in any of your favorite subjects again based on subjects combination such as Computer Science, IT, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biotechnology to name a few emerging fields, you can also pursue Master's Degree in the concerned subject afterwards and qualify for NET/SET. You can do BS-MS Dual Degree program of five year duration from IISER, or you can also go for integrated BSc-BEd, this course is best option for a career in teaching.

In case none of the above interests you, there are other areas as well outside your stream which are equally good such BBA/BBS/BMS/Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretary,Certified Financial Planner, Certified Management Accountant/Journalism/Hotel Management/Integrated Law(5 years)/BElEd/Fashion Designing.
