Which criteria is used for engineering admission for pcmb group students
Hello Rishikesh Thakur ,
Criteria is same for all the students. There isn't any such special criteria for any group of students. Its just that you should have Maths and Physics in your qualifying exam and you must have passed the same with a particular percentage.
For instance: This is the basic criteria for almost every engineering entrances. only the qualifying percentage varies according to the exam. like for JEE you must have an aggregate of 75% similarly for other it may have 50% or 45% etc. But you must have studied physics and maths And also chemistry in most of the cases.
Candidates are required to have secured minimum 45 percent in 10+2 or equivalent exam with Mathematics and Physics as main subjects along with Bio-Technology/Chemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational subject as the optional subject. Minimum marks required by SC/ST/OBC candidates is 40 percent.
