Hey,
The required specification for uploading your photograph in
NEET Application Form
is:
- Photograph must contain name of candidate and date of taking photo(should be later than Jan 01, 2017)
- Photograph must be of dimension 5 x 5 cm, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 3.5 x 3.5 cm.
- The photograph should not have hat or googles.

Hey Vairaj,
Make sure you keep the following important points in mind with regard to uploading of digital photograph in the NEET 2018 application form:

File size can be between 10 KB and 100 KB

Format should be .jpg
-
Should be a colour passport size and taken on a white background
-
Should carry the name of the candidate and date of taking photograph in print at the bottom
-
Must be taken on or after January 1, 2018

Candidate should not be wearing cap or goggles. Non-tinted specs are allowed.
I hope your doubt is answered now. The photograph should carry the date on which is it is clicked, and this date should be after January 1, 2018.
