which direction i will focus now , on getting good scored in 12th or for upcoming nda exams

So, talking about in which direction you'll have to focus now according to me I'll suggest you that you should focus on both the things but focus mainly or give most of the time to your class 12th board precious because they are much more important right now. And if you'll focus on your class 12th studies now and do it sincerely your N.D.A half preparation will also be done because in N.D.A half of the syllabus is of class 12th also. So, in that way you can prepare for both or focus on both the things but give more importance to the 12th board exams.
