Course Material comes out to be equal in the end. Your success depends on your hard work and diligence. You can decided on the basis of the format in which the material is published. Whichever one appears more suited to your manner of learning- factual or visual and so on.

I would suggest you to go which ever coaching's test series you want to join.
However i personally joined in both of the test series..

I took coaching from Aakash institute. So, I can tell you that they have quite experienced and skilled teachers. I participated in test series as well. I can tell you that it was not even close to what AIIMS UG is about. Questions asked in AIIMS were more simple as were asked in Aakash test series.
On contrary, Allen mock tests were almost of similar level and pattern as of AIIMS. I still remember that some questions of Allen mock test were asked in AIIMS also.
This tells that Allen mock tests are better. However, if you compare teaching, accurate observations can't be obtained as everyone's views differ. But, previous years results of Allen were better.
So, decide on your own keeping all the points in mind.
P.s. I wasn't able to get a seat in AIIMS. However, I did qualify the cutoff.
