You should have all your educational certificates, Aadhaar card, Digital/scanned copy of your signature, Digital/scanned copy of your photograph, Digital/scanned signature of mother/father/guardian of the parents before applying for JEE Main exam.

Candidates need to keep their recent passport size color photograph, their own signatures and signatures of their mother's/ father's or guardian's ready in the format given in the table below.
These documents have to be scanned to be uploaded while filling the application form.
Aadhaar Card is mandatory for JEE Main application form.
