Hi Prajwal,
The edition does not matter. Only a few questions and maybe the order of questions might change with different edition. HC Verma book is recommended to deepen your understanding of the concept. Every edition fulfills this criteria.
For satisfaction, you can go for the latest edition. But, that doesn't make much difference.
