See both the fields have their own relevance. Civil engineering is the subject that covers structural engineering. This is more of a mathematical calculation based subject. You might solve many equations, practical part is also there. Field based subject it is.
On the other hand MnC which is Multinational Corporation (MNC) is a corporation enterprise that manages production or delivers services in more than one country. Generally the MNC has its headquarters in one country and have offices or factories in different countries.
Now this is on you in which subject you have more interest.

Hi ! It depends on your passion. If you have a passion to go for adventure in wildest place and involving yourself making big challenging bridges and skyscrapers then go for civil. If you want to work in a big factory then go for mechanical. Now from the point of view of placement go for mechanical because mechanical has slight good placement than civil. Also mechanical has bit easy curriculum than civil. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
