After Jee Mains if you want admission in NITs, GFTIs then you do not have to appear for any other exam. As your JEE Mains rank will be considered for admission in this colleges. But you are interested to get admission in IITs (IIT Kanput and IIT Roorkee) then you have to clear the required cutoff and then you also have to score good score in AAT (architecture aptitude test).
