To be eligible to apply for Singhaniya University, Rajasthan you have two ways. One is through the entrance exam of the university. The university conducts an entrance exam once in a year which you need to clear to appear for counselling. Second is through your JEE Mains score and rank. All the best!!!

Singhania University of Rajasthan has its own entrance exam which is conducted anually you need to clear that exam to get in to SU it's qualifying marks are disclosed in their official website. The other way is to write JEE main as they even accept the JEE main scores. Hope your doubt has been cleared
