NO. Government Medical Colleges do not need any prior separate registration. You have to register for MCC Counselling if you want to participate in All India Counselling and you have to register for your State Counselling for State Quota seats. 85% seats are filled through State Counselling and 15% of the seats are filled through All India Counselling.
