Some good government colleges for journalism and mass communication are IIMC, AHK, University of Hyderabad to top the charts.

Besides these good universities there are some good alternatives if you are unable to fulfill the admission criteria,Indraprastha College, St. Xaviers, Lovely professional University.

Check for the academic excellence of the college especially in terms of wide platform and exposure.
