which group is better in engineering and ece is better are not

ECE is a core branch that deals mainly with electronics and some communication and programming.ECE is obviously a good branch to study but only if you have a passion in electronics.As far as your job is concerned,you will have job opportunities in both software firms and core companies and the job offers and placement opportunities are more for this department when compared to other electrical branches of engineering.All the best!!

Electronics & Communication Engineering deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipments like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits (IC). If you are strong in electronics then you can go for ECE also you can opt for EEE which is electrical and electronics engineering. If you are interested in coding and computer based jobs then go for CSE or IT. If you are interested in construction go for civil or interested in mechanics go for mechanical. I suggest ECE is good selecting a particular branch is purely based on your interest. You interest in specific area you can go for that particular branch in that area.

There is no comparison between the streams of engineering courses. All the streams are good and have a scope. Speaking about the generation, mechanical engineers are higher in demand followed by computer, ECE and so on.

If you are confused with what stream to choose then I would suggest you to pursue your interests. If you like coding and playing with computer then go for computers. If you like electrical stuffs and basic electronic devices and also logic gates and stuffs then definitely go for ECE. If you are interested in machining and learning about tools and manufacturing the choose Mechanical. Finally, if you are into construction and like planning a room and geometry then choose civil.
