Which group should we take for the achievement of embassy?????(plzzz answer me asoon as possible)

If you want to work for Indian embassy you need to clear IFS (Indian Foreign Service) exam through Combined Civil Service Examination. For some posts like translator, human resource etc the criterion is different. To work as a translator one must know compulsorily a foreign language.

It is advisable to have a good knowledge of English along with proficiency in using computers.

IFS

It is conducted in 3 phases. Prelims are comprises of two papers, paper one and paper two. The papers comprise of 200 marks each for 2 hours each, a correct answer carries one mark and 0.33 or one-third marks will be deducted for a negative mark. The candidates selected from prelims are qualified for mains. Mains consist of 6 papers of conventional type question for three hour each.

The final result will be based on the combined performance of prelims, mains and interview. The tentative date of exam is December 1, to December 22, 2019

The Eligibility criteria as per UPSC are as follows:

• The candidates should be Indian nationals
• The age limit should be between 21 and 30 as on August 1, 2019
• Candidates should have valid degree or equivalent qualification
• Candidates can appear for a maximum number of seven times for General, for OBC 9 times an SC/ST can appear unlimited number of times.

Exam syllabus covers topics like Indian Heritage/ Culture, World History & Geography, Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice and International Relations, Technology, Economic Development, Bio-Diversity, Environment, Security & Disaster Management, Ethics, Integrity & Aptitude.

The functions of Foreign Service Officer have to serve for the interest of the country, at foreign land and at home. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has the responsibility to handle external relations

• Multilateral organizations like UN

For you to join Embassy you need to qualify your 12 and bachelors. Which I believe you would come out with flying colors.
