NTA is likely to announce the rank list of JEE Main today or tomorrow as our education minister has lately tweeted that it will be released soon. You are getting 93 percentile. Based on this percentile your Common Rank list (CRL) would be 72,000 approximately and the corresponding OBC category rank would be around 20,000. With such rank you would not be getting admission in top IIITs and but will get some.
