Which iit offers Designing courses?

Hello aspirant,

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)    Bombay has invited applications from eligible candidates for  admissions to Master in various design programmes through an all India examination - "Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)" conducted by the   institute. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), a professional program in interior design is required to get started, and that typically takes two to three years and awards a certificate or an associate degree, although bachelor's degrees are available, too.

Here is a total list of the various IITs around India that provide designing courses ( some offer only PG,  some offer UG PG both) :

1. IIT Bombay (interior design)

2. IIT Kanpur (M.des)

3. IIT Delhi ( industrial design)

4. IIT Guwahati (both B.des and M. Des)

5. IIT Hyderabad ( M.des in visual design)

Other than this no other IIT has listed "design" under their official list of courses.

No IIT offers the designing course. IIT Bombay offers the course for interior designing. But these are some top  colleges in India who provide B.Des ( Bachelor of design course )
