Which IIT or NIT I should look into if my GATE Score 2019 is 43 for CSE or ECE or EE? I belong to open Category

First of all that's not GATE score ...GATE score will be given out of 1000 so assuming you are asking about Marks ..for 43 marks Open category I'm sorry to say u don't have any chance with IITS ...

All depends on your score but for your marks 43 as you belong to Open category I dont think you have any chance with even older NITs ...New NITs u can try but most probably you may get eastern NITs or new NITs ..
Have u predicted your rank score using any online tool??if so based on that you can check previous ueaty cut off for Mtech ..and as of RA IITB yes you can get call provided you have good academic records(CGPA) ..just hope for the best
