If you want pursue biochemical engineering with good Institute then you should look for IITs as NITs is not good for biochemical or biotechnology..Among all IITs,IIT Delhi is best as you will get best Faculties or facilities there.And placement record of IIT Delhi is quite good.And also you can go with IIT KGP if you are not getting IIT DELHI..
