Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, GAIL, Reliance Industries, Essar Energy  are one of those industries have their branch in foreign countries. You will be provided accommodation by company itself where as some Company hires local residential for internation integrity purpose.
If you join any of the above, you can get posted abroad locations based on your performance and Cost to Company.
If you wish to work abroad, then after 2-3 years of work experience you can go abroad easily. There are lots of opportunity in Oil Petroleum and Refineries secror. Just perform well.
