Hello,
Universities/Colleges that offer admission based on Entrance Exams like JEE Main which have reservation/relaxation for EWS category consider Economically Weaker Section candidates. So, you can say, all JEE Main participating institutes consider EWS category. Over this, State level exams which have same reservation also consider. Very few private institutes have EWS category reservation.
For direct admission, there won't be any such consideration.
