Dear Abhishek, now there is no more AIIMS MBBS entrance examination anymore. You have to appear for NEET. NEET will be the entrance examination for admission to AIIMS MBBS seats as well from 2020.

Now that NEET score will be considered for admission to AIIMS, we still do not have an idea what the procedure might be.
