Which Institution, University are offering Ph.D. in Law as Part time option or online or hybrid mode (3,4 years) with and without entrance examination to Candidates having 1-Yr LL.M. qualification?

So far, not heard any Indian university is offering online Ph.D! And if any university is offering online Ph.D, it would be not good in my opinion as per its quality concern!
As per the UGC (which is governing body for all universities in India) new rules and regulations, now Ph.D in India must contain course work along with research work which was not the case before! Therefore, one must have to enroll in coursework in person and hence online Ph.D coursework is not available! So many fake universities are offering Ph.D without coursework which is not valid as per the UGC new norms.
