Acoelomate animals are those animals which do not possess a body cavity . Acoelomates lack a fluid-filled cavity between the body wall and digestive tract. Acoelomates have a triploblastic body ,that is their tissues and organs develop from three primary embryonic cell i.e germ cell layers.
Now coming to bilateral symmetry, an organism is said to be bilaterally symmetrical if the left and right sides of the organism can be divided into approximate mirror images of each other along the midline. So in simple language you can that if the body of an organism can be divided along a plane in a way that it splits the animal's body into right and left sides that are mirror images of each other, then the organism is called bilaterally symmetrical.
For example, human body is bilaterally symmetrical.
