As of now, there aren't any IIT's which provide UG in Astronomy or Astrophysics.
To follow this as a career, you would require very strong base of physics of which you can consider these coures.
- B.tech in Engineering Physics from any IIT's.
- M.sc Physics from IIT kharagpur.
- MS in Astronomy/astrophysics from IIST.
- B.sc in physics from IISc
- BS MS from IISER
