Dear Pushpendra,
Both the degrees are equally good. A lot depends on the university to which the institute is accredited and what degree are they offering. For example, BITS offers a B.E degree. However, if you are pursuing an undergraduate engineering programme from an IIT, then you will be awarded a B.Tech degree.
