which is best between CSE and IT if i am a programmer and developer

There is not enough difference in between Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology apart from few subjects. However, Computer Science deals with both software and hardware part while Information Technology specifically focuses on software segment. Now engineers from both the sectors, have the opportunity to work in IT and software companies. Both can work as a developer and programmer. So even if choose CSE or IT, it won't be a deciding factor. But you must think about your passion and interest about which branch to choose. CSE and IT both are among the demanded branches in Engineering. There are vast opportunity in both the fields. So you should think about your interest and choose accordingly.
