Dear Aspirant,
if we see the reviews on the internet it says the barktullah will be better,but nothing will better or worst its on you how to learn,
you can go on a visit to the campus at both the places and you can interact with the students over there for more clarification about the education and facileties,
i suggest you should visit college campus personally.
