I will prefer RV over BMS for ISE. See, both CSE and ISE are bit simillar but ISE in RV has a slight edge over BMS when it comes to placements. They're almost similar, but since there are some companies specifically prefer ISE over CS in RV and vice versa in BMS.

Bro can u say me about fees details..iam from poor family my family income is less than 5 lakhs can i get any scholarship or concession

I am sorry ROhan but i don't about any scholarship oe fee concession. If i will get to know any information about these i will surely comment down here. Till then you can also carry your research on this.
