Which is best MBA or pgdm.totally confused.

MBA will be better than PGDM because MBA gives you a proper specialization in some stream like finance, Marketing, HUman Resources, Business Analysis, Operation Research etc whereas PGDM dont give such specialization. However, Few institute run specialized PGDM program of 2 years.
Job opportunities are better for MBA holders. Even, MBA holder can go for some government sector post.
MBA degree is post graduation course whereas PGDM is considered as Diploma.

Both are equivalent only difference being PGDM been less preferable for PHd course in abraod. However this perception is no longer valid across top University and hnece both ar every good.

PGDM slightly has an edge over curriculum which is more industrial specifically designed an d updated as compared to MBa. Henec both are equivalent and can be considered .
