If you go in the same way as the rankings,then NIT Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal will be go to option with Allahabad following.
However,no college guarantees you a job or an esteemed career in any discipline.

If you consider according to the closing ranks of previous years the Trichy, Warangal, and surathkal are among the top three. These colleges may be treated as somewhat similar to IITs and If you consider IITs then Bombay is at the top. As far as placements are concerned civil departments is at lowest among all departments. You need to rank within 5000 for NIT Trichy with civil.
