See, it entirely depends on your interests, PSCs are conducted by individual states for recruitment to various posts and probablity of working in your own state is more in this case compared to working as bank po. Also, what makes the difference is the pattern of the exam in both the case. In order to qualify for bank, speed and precision is very important, the level is tough for PO specially sections like Quant and Reasoning demands a lot of time to excel in it, bank recruitment takes places pretty fast compared to State PSCs or even UPSC for that matter.
