Which is best to learn typing on machine or computer keyboard for SSC CGL / CHSL typing test???

You can use some free online websites to practice your typing such as Typing academy or Keybr (//Keybr.com) (search them on google)
alternatively, there is also many sample typing tests in the SSC pattern (search for SCC typing test practice) and type away.
There is not much else to do but practice with an actual keyboard so get one (if you don't have it) and do some online free lessons before the test.
