Faculty of both the apps are superb and have great knowledge, now the main thing is how we get output from them, Let me take an example of Rakesh Nair sir, he is very good teacher but every students cannot tune up with him and unable to complete due to lengthy matter (except few toppers) toppers will be toppers if they will read from any source.
Generally final year students or interns do not have this much time to devote in a single subject, here my audience votes comes in favour of Deepak Mariah Sir because he is more experienced and have a magic to concise a vast medicine in few hours ( almost half time duration of Rakesh sir videos) which student able to complete and revise also, so he can give time to other subjects also.
Same is in case of Surgery Rohan sir has concise and high yields matter so I choose Rohan sir from Marrow as best for surgery among both the apps.
In case of PSM Vivek Jain sir from Prepladder is best, he is well known author and his notes is of only 197 pages which is very high yielding and covers more than 80%, only a experienced teacher have this power of conciseness, anyone can teach you lengthy matter but to provide what you exactly need in right quantity can be done only by best teachers.
In case of pharmacology both teachers are equally good, you can go with any, here I choose Govind Rai Garg sir because of more experience.

I will give you both the pros and cons of both the apps and you can decide what best fits for you.
Videos:- In major subjects like Medicine, OBGY, Pharmacology, Physiology, Biochemistry are very good in marrow app, even in minor subjects like Ophthalmology, Radiology, Anesthesia, marrow is better when compared to prepladder, but in few subjects like Anatomy, FM, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Dermatology, prepladder is better. Marrow is very conceptual but lengthy , so if you have time, marrow is better than prepladder.
Question bank -: Marrow has better question bank and detailed explanations compared to prepladder, so when you have written notes when , marrow is a good choice.
Tests -: Prepladder is better. You can make your own time table. You can give tests anytime, you can watch detailed explanation videos from prime faculties. Marrow also has enough number of tests to practice with detailed written explanations. Both have similar softwares.
Prepladder has rapid revision program which has a very good benifit in the last minute preparations.
The final verdict would be if you have ample of time to prepare go for marrow. For the people of last minute preparations, go for prepladder.
