From my opinion Adamas University is great choice for you. They have dedicated placement cell and world class education also . In the 130 acres of sprawling green campus college life is also great..

BIMS has an edge over ADAMAS though both the colleges , ADAMAS and BIMS are good institutions to pursue BBA.
Let me compare some factors to make it easy for you to choose.
While comparing infrastructure , faculties etc. both the colleges stand at the same level. The only thing that makes BIMS a better option is the placements.
Some of the companies that visit BIMS are NIIT, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HSBC, Emami, Citi Bank, Cipla, Asian Paints, Indiabulls, Whirlpool, Pepsi, Infosys, Kotak, Wipro etc. And the highest salary package offered is 9.2 lpa and average salary package is 3-5 lpa.
While ADAMAS has also a good network of recruiters with some big names as CIPLA, IDBI Federal, Tata AIA, Paytm, DTDC, BSNL, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Cap Gemini etc.
