Which is better -electrical or mechanical engineering

Mechanical engineering is the discipline that applies engineering , physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. It is one of the oldest and broadest of the engineering disciplines.

Employment of mechanical engineers is projected to grow 9 percent from 2016 to 2026, as fast as the average for all occupations. Mechanical engineers can work in many industries and on many types of projects. As a result, their growth rate will differ by the industries that employ them.

Electrical engineering is a technical discipline concerned with the study, design and application of equipment, devices and systems which use electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism.

It is an evergreen branch. Qualified Electrical Engineers are always in demand, since most Industries use electricity and electric machines. Engineers are required by Industries for operational, maintenance and manufacturing purposes.

So both the branches are good , take some time and then take a decision, on the basis of what interests u more.

Let me clear your doubt. Both the branch is good. You cam go for any branch either mechanical or electrical according to your choices. You should opt the branch in which you are interested. There are good job opportunities in both the courses. But you should take admission in good college then you will definitely get good  job with high package
