Biology has more memorisin content and alott and lott of diagrams to remember.
Mathematics requires patience and practice and for machine learning you need to be very well in statistics and probabilities.

The medical field has not as good scope as emgineer has.
But you can earn more in medical field.

PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY and MATHEMATICS these subjects will take you to ENGINEERING FIELD.
PHYSICS,CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY these subjects will take you to MEDICAL FIELD.
both these fields are well know for their abilit, earnings and are also well known in many aspects.
Medical field will benefit you only if you do atleast MS (MASTER OF SURGEON) and engineering will benefit you if you are good in that field you must have great skills for being into it and earning well..
Both the fields have great scope and great momey if you do well.
Depends on your interest where you wish to go.
