90 marks in mhcet would mean that you have got 89% tile in your cet exam. Though this is a good score but getting a top college would be pretty impossible for your score. Talking about your rank it would lie in the range of 10,000 +/- 2000 since it depends on many other factors.

If you have given cet you can view the results through your login ID and password. You will get an pdf where your percentile and rank can be viewed.
