Hi Nikita. Salary packages are not a premier aspect to figure out which field or college is the best for MBA. According to me, Marketing is the most trending field in MBA currently. Marketing is a hard core front end job and is meant for leaders. MBA Marketing is very dynamic and competitive. It requires excellent communication skills, and a strive to excel and make it to the top level positions in the field of sales and marketing.

Marketing and sales are two different components of a company's strategy. Marketing is the most essential aspect for the growth of an organisation. This is because marketing relates to understanding the customer deeply and then designing or customising the product or service to cater to the customer''s needs. Sales is quite straightforward. It is actually selling the product or service to the customers whereas Marketing is a broader concept. It is more than selling the product. It is the process of communicating the value of the product or service to the customer so that it sells. It includes analysing opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of a firm and it's products.
