You should initially finish off with studying from the NCERT books and then move on to other books available for JEE Main preparation. At first, go through JEE Main Syllabus and know which topics are important.

For chemistry you can choose- physical chemistry- RC Mukherjee
Organic chemistry- NCERT/ narayana academy module
Inorganic chemistry- NCERT on tip
For maths you can choose- Ml Khanna/ RD Sharma/ RS agarwal.
BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT BEFORE STARTING THIS ALL SUBJECT BOOKS, FIRST GO THROUGH WITH NCERT BECAUSE NCERT IS VERY IMP FOR JEE or NEET or any entrance level exam.
