hello nipun. if you want to study aerospace engineering then iwould suggest you to go for the PEC (Punjab engineering college) in chandigarh. its one of the best colleges in india and is at the same level as of any IIT or NIT. And no exam is needed for it except for your jee rank score but yeah admission will be tough
