Hello,
For persuing engineering, IITs are the top institutions.As fae as safety is concerned no college has reputation of not being safe for girls and also no college is there that can claim that its safe because there is no certainty of incidents.But if you want to know about security and all then all colleges are safe and secure.But if you are not satisfied with that then you can look for girls college .
