Hii

The best college for engineering is considered to be IITs and then by NITs. They have very variable fees. They charge very less amount for economically backward people. For any of IITs/NITs if your parental/family income is less than 1 lakh per year then you may hardly have to pay lower than 20k-30k per semester. If more than 1lakh to 5lakh fees will increase by 33k per semester.

So, this is highly economical colleges for backward people. Hope it helps
