The IIT tag itself shows the capability of what you are and since if you see the top list of IIT colleges then it will like Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee , Madras, Guwahati and there is not measurement in any of the factor to compare among these college. So all these are best colleges only in the list of IIT.
