While u see the location,ranking,placement,faculty,exposure of the college before obtaining admission,you must compare both of these colleges on similar parameters. While Dev Bhoomi (DBIT) ranks far lower than DIT on placement parameters and also has it’s location on outskirts of Dehradun where such B.tech colleges have opened up like mushrooms. DIT has a repo when it comes to state of Uttarakhand ,along with it’s government counterparts of G.B.Pant,Pantnagar and Gurukul Kangri,Haridwar ,which usually takes admission via entrance exams of IIT mains(earlier AIEEE).So has it’s credibility intact along with it’s best flagship branch of Mechanical for which it has been known throughout,has decent placements in IT as well as few core companies also visit plus enthralling location of mussoorie road which sets it apart.Hope you make a wise decision!
