Which is the best Integrated M.Tech (or) B.Tech + MS
Incase you prefer moving Abroad after Graduation, plan a PhD in some of the Top Universities abroad after BTech in India. MS is comparatively easy to get into, but very difficult if your require funding. You most likely need to be self sponsored supported by Loans, on Campus Jobs, Etc. as far as MS is concerned. Whereas, if youre a deserving candidate, you will get full funding, health insurance, travel and accomodation costs besides stipend for full duration of your PhD Stay at the University.
As far as working in a Core Industry in India is concerned, you may prefer a Integrated M.Tech, incase you are very sure you want to dive deep with the Subject. In most of the IITs, Integrated M.Tech from certain Departments like Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgy and Chemical have somewhat better placements than B.Tech Undergraduates.
