Which is the best number one IIIT in india?

Hello Ganapathi...

No. 1 iiit of India is not fixed. For the candidates to qualify for admission in the IIITs are based on the JEE ranks. They should have either secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective boards. For SC/ST students the qualifying marks would be 65% in the 12th class exam. Six IIITs conduct their own counselling, remaining all IIITs (Indian Institute of Information Technology) take admission from JEE Mains counselling that is JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority).

These six IIITs are:-

1. Hyderabad International Institute of Information Technology,

2. Bangalore International Institute of Information Technology,

3. Pune International Institute of Information Technology,

4. Bhubaneswar International Institute of Information Technology,

5. Naya Raipur International Institute of Information Technology,

6. Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi
