It depends upon you, because if your basics is clear in a particular subject then that subject becomes easy for you. So, you have the answer of which subject is tough for you?
I would like to say one thing some subjects have more weightage of questions, so you should have to more focused on that particular subjects. Some of these are given below
Surgery, ENT, Orthopedics & Anaesthesia - 46 questions
Medicine, Dermatology and Venereology - 37 questions
Obstetrics and Gynaecology - 25 questions
Pathology - 25 questions
Social and Preventive Medicine - 25 questions

Hey Tashi Mehta,
There is no toughest and easiest subject in any entrance exam, because it is completely based on how you prepare for the exam. Anyhow till 2016 NEET PG exam questions were harder and from 2017 NEET UG exam Questions were given tougher . For each question is the answer is correct you’ll be give +4 marks and if you choosw wrong answer -1 will be awarded!
