It's totally depend on your interest. But In present scenario joining State civil services or central Civil Services is desire of every engineer, doctor etc, so yes, it is a good option for doctor to apply for Administrative Services if you have some interest in this exam. You can also apply for Civil Services examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

RAS is Rajasthan Administrative services and it is conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission. Any graduate is eligible to apply for exam. If you have some interest in administration then do not hesitate in preparing and appearing for this examination.
