Hi Priya,
Every mark is a deciding mark in JEE Examination as you get higher marks by the addition of the 4 marks through each question only that are given for correct answer. See, according to me the marks that you fetch in first 30 minutes of the exam and then in the last 30 minutes of the JEE Exam are more deciding if we compare to marks in the middle timing.
